Chemical Policy

Accepted Answer

Standard chemicals include generic brand liquid chlorine or tabs, PH, and alkalinity adjusters. Premium chemicals include Bioguard granular shock and tabs, PH adjusters, alkalinity adjusters, and clarifier as needed. Any unique circumstance product needed (eg, phosphate remover, stain/metal treatments, enzyme, etc) will only be billed when required and pre-approved.

Unscreened Pool Policy

All weekly and bi-weekly pricing is based on having a screened pool enclosure. If your pool is unscreened, an additional charge of $10 per visit applies for the weekly plan or $15 per visit for the bi-weekly plan.

Attached Spa

Accepted Answer

If you'd like to include your attached spa with your service, no problem! Simply add $10/visit for the weekly plan, or $15/visit for the bi-weekly plan.

If you have a Detached Spa, we can treat that as well! Simply add $15/visit for the weekly plan or $20/visit for the bi-weekly plan (Must have a pool service included for this detached spa pricing)

Large Pools

Accepted Answer

Pool sizes over 20k gallons require additional time and chemicals, and will incur an extra $10/visit for the weekly plan and $15/visit for the bi-weekly plan.

Salt-Cell Deep Clean

This can be added as an individual add-on to any package for $25 per request. (Already included once per month on the gold plans)

For $199, we will come out and demonstrate our exclusive pool school service during a live one-time clean on your pool, providing you with all the tools needed to take care of your pool like a pro, all by yourself.
